

I have been cooking bbq and the fixins’ professionally and competitively for twenty years. I specialize in parties and special events, but I can cater to a gathering of any size. I not only provide catered barbecue, but also vegetarian dishes as well. Roasted or grilled veggies, mac & cheese, and grilled pineapple are just a few of the meatless sides we offer.
I was introduced to the world of barbecue in 1998 at a KCBG barbecue cookoff in Slidell, Louisana. From there I competed for several years on the circuit and then slowly moved to catering and vending. In 2009 my family and I relocated to New Orleans, La where i was able to expand on my culinary skills tremendously.
The cajun cooking and the barbecue turned out to be a fantastic mix. Now, almost 20 years later, I am proud to be taking my expertise across the southeast to serve up quality barbecue to wherever it is needed next.
















The food was great. Had a teriffic time with all my friends and watching the cue cook was the best part of all. Definitely a first class experience. I will be calling Randy for all of my future events. Maybe even dinner!
